They do not return calls, and no one seems to know what’s happening with my fiancés case. Can’t speak to attorney, always out Louis Magana and his team have no clue what’s going on and can’t get a straight answer from anyone there.

Worst every if you want nothing done and to be preyed on by Luis Magana making sexual remarks and advances go hire this clown. He will block your calls so you cant call him or the main office. If you call off a different number all of a sudden your calls go through.

These are some of the shadiest lawyers around. If you need an attorney choose any firm but them. W hemsworth tried to tell me we had an offer of 30k but my offer was really 62k. Never was there an offer of 30k. Ever. I fired him. He wants to put a lien of more than his 33.3% on my claim. Worst law firm around. Hate I ever wasted a second talking to these guys. I Told him since December via text to settle my case. He choose not to cause he wanted more money. Not once did my offer move from 62k. But I have multiple texts I said settle. He kept staying he made calls. He kept saying he had to get the offer back to 62k. The guy lied for a year. Since Christmas until march 1st he wasted my time with lies. March 1st he said he would settle my case and still didn’t. Complete jerks. I wish I could have gave them a 0 star rating

These Attorneys Will Be Under Extreme Investigation Once My Complaint is Received. They Lie Constantly and are Greedy. At all times they are trying to undercut you. I fired my Attorney for not doing his Job. Willard Hemsworth III never settled my case as I asked numerous of times, he lied and said my claim had numerous offers and it didnt, once I fired him he added an additional fee of $2,078.08 on top of the 33.3% which wasnt apart of what we agreed upon. Not only does the fee just come out the blue; hes still yet to explain this ignorance fee by providing a breakdown as he was supposed to. This company sits at the table with shady associates. I could never be attached to anything like this but what they reap they most definitely will sow
